With a little over 2-minutes left in the 2nd Gleason would score his second to give his team a 2-goal lead going into the 3rd.

Jake Boltman feeds Henry Sweeney to cut the Southeast lead to 1 with 12-minutes left to play in the 3rd.
Gleason would complete the hat trick 2-minutes later with a bomb from the slot to regain the 2-goal lead.
The final horn would sound and Team Southeast would take the title by a score of 5-3 over Team Southwest.
Team Southeast had once again unlocked "Celly Mode".
Because that's what hockey players do.
